My recent stay at this hotel in Berlin was simply outstanding. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally left my ID card in the room, but they also offered ironing facilities upon request, ensuring my clothes were impeccable for my outings in the city. The room's heating was perfect for the chilly evenings, and the tea and coffee facilities provided a cozy touch, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail in offering such amenities truly impressed me and elevated my experience to a new level of comfort and convenience.
